Can anyone help me?????
I have recently fitted an Enduro 2to my 2010 Swift Challenger van with al-co chassis.
The Enduro 2 comes with a chassis stop bolt which basically pinches onto the chassis.
Once fitted i engaged the mover and then disengaged to check the space between the mover and the tyre. It had moved very slightly i reset and re-engaged it moved again... The mover works fine. I have contacted Purpleline and they inform me that there is a little tollerance built in. What i want to know is has anyone fitted the Enduro 1 chassis blocks to a Enduro2

Sounds like it's not been tightened up tight enough.

Thanks for your reply but i followed the torque settings for the main body. There was no torque setting for the chassis bolts so i tightened them as much as i could. I am very sure that they are tight enough.

Hi chopchop and welcome to the forum, I am sure you can get it sorted on here.

I fitted my Enduro 1 without any problems but I do remember that the chassis stop bolts were really tight, my gut feeling is that as LegsDown says they ain't quite tight enough or something is fouling them, its the only thing that stops the assembly moving back under load.

Thanks Dave
The enduro 2 is different as it has 2 bolts that have a pointed end to pinch into the chassis. I have tightened them to the point that they have pierced the metal.

Are the stop lock bolts fitted the right side of the fixing plates. It could be that they are not opposing the force of the rollers. The ego has two sets of stop locks, one for each side of the plates, but in reality you only need them the side it pushes against when the rollers engage.

Is the movement closer to the wheel or away?

PS. Have you rechecked the torque of the plates after fitting? The first time I torqued mine up and used the mover, I rechecked them, and they need torquing again, as things settle. Maybe they are the thing moving?

Thanks Chowey007 for your reply.
I have spoken to Purpleline who advise me that all is ok.
I have re-torqued all the bolts. My enduro does not have 2 sets of stop blocks. They changed on the enduro 2. Do you have the spare 2 stop blocks you say are not needed?? I am trying to source some to retro fit to my l shape chassis.
