Depends what you mean by good? They have a good reputation for being well constructed but only made with the door on the Continental side. Those sold via UK importers are usually upgraded to UK levels of equipment but personal imports might not be. Nothing wrong in that but just be sure you check this before buying. Very popular in Germany and Holland and they have a loyal following in the UK although the fall of sterling compared to the Euro has made them more expensive. Larger models quite heavy. As with all makes of caravan if buying privately check authenticity of ownership, which might be a bit more difficult if the van is not CRIS registered.

Most Hobbys seen in the UK are the large residential types including 'dry' vans without toilet/shower/sink used on permanent council provided sites with individual brick built facilities. Hobby do however, make 'vans of all sizes as used by recreational caravanners.

Some holiday campsites will not accept the larger Hobby vans, especially those who are being towed by a commercial veichle!
