Wow John, you are organised....I'm impressed.
I have a "before we tow it" checklist. Turn off gas taps, check mover disengaged, water tank emptied etc. etc. It's quite a long list now I come to think.
We also have a list of what to pack (can't leave it all int he van as it's in storage). Print this off each time and tick off items as they go in.
We also forgot the TV remote once and couldn't tune the tele in. Never done it since.
