our long weekend has had to be put off.our 1 year old son has been admitted to hospital tonight, looks like he may be in for a day or two,so no choice to call off.his mum is staying there with him,ive got the other two back here.
its a real shame we were all really looking forward to this break.maybe someone up there is telling us something
so no chance now to try the van out before the lake district.so just have to hope for the best now that nothing happens there.

Sorry to hear about your son mate - hope he's up and running quickly.
I know how you mean about trying the van out, we should have tried ours out over the last half term on a local THS - unfortunately the van wasn't and still isn't ready - I have seating and 2 bunk beds to go in to make it usable and five weeks to do it for our main holiday

Sorry to hear about your little boy, at least this happened at home and not whilst you were away somewhere and had to try to find a hospital. Hope he is going to be okay, we will all be thinking about you, let us know how he is.
Hope your little one gets better quickly. Obviously you'll be disappointed about missing your weekend away but, hey, there'll be others. I'm sure your van will be fine when you go to the Lakes.
