I have 2 boys aged 13/17 both are close on 6ft and we have a Louisiana 789 neither of them complain and are happy when we say that we are going away. Although toilet and shower are in the same space they are seperate, another one is the Heritage 640.

I ask as my eldest is 5 foot and his only 10 in August so I'm just looking for a van that would see us right as long as possible.
I know how important it is to get the layout right. Just a thought as regards your boys, in a couple of years they may well be wanting a tent of their own outside. Also, if you made the front seats into the double bed instead of leaving it as two singles, they would have loads of room in a sleeping bag each. They probably dont sleep with their legs straight, if you know what I mean. In fact, this would probably be better as those singles are narrow. So you might get away with seats a little less than 6ft? My OH is 6ft2 and has no problems with the front double bed.

What about a Lunar Lexon TL? Two lounges, both with 6 ft singles, or make one end up as a double bed and leave it up, and pretend its fixed! But If its wet, you can put away the beds and then your growing lads can have their own space. One side Bathroom, but with a dedicated shower cubicle.

If you go and buy Practical caravan magazine, or the Caravan magazine from the newsagents, it shows all the layouts and costs from all the manufacturers, you can take a look at that and find the one that suits exactly. It's included in the magazine every month.
