We have a Coachman Festival (dealer special of the Amara) 550/5. It's 2009 altho we didn't collect it til January.
This weekend we took SIL way with us & found the sleeping arrangements a bit awkward with it being 2 double beds plus pull-out bunk. There were enough beds but OH had to sleep with DS(14) - not good when they both kick like mules. I'm not close enough to SIL to want to share a bed with her so we slept on the front settees rather than pull the bed out & it wasn't comfy as they're not quite long enough. DS(5) had his bunk.
It got us thinking that the 570/6 (new model for this year) would be a better layout for us with the fixed single bunks at the back - not just for when we take anyone else but also less beds to have to make up every night when it's just the 4 of us.
Problem is, how much money would we lose on our van which is really only 7mths old & will have been slept in for a total of 27 nights by the end of August?
Has anyone else changed so soon after getting a brand new van? Did you lose a lot on it?
