pardon my ignorance but do you have to pay site fees as well when you get there? i was once told you do.now that would make expensive.at £2400 we could use the hilton hotels.

The seasonal pitch for my Cabanon Athena (sleeps 6) on the edge of the New Forrest, 5 minutes walk to the sea, costs £12pw & normal site fees of up to £22per night when I stay.
South Devon is just as expensive especially near the coast. I believe some are £3,000 odd now. We were paying £1800 for March 15th to October 31st. Add in winter storage fee and very little change from £2,000.
Ok if you are retired but we aren't so for us it was an expensive option. Now using tow and stow and much cheaper plus if we do go seasonal at our new site, it is £1,000 for the summer.
