Has anyone had any issues over the time taken for spares to arrive? Our front/gas locker lock broke last October while picking up our van from the dealers after having warrenty work done. The dealer was pretty good and gave us a spare lock (different numbered key though). Twice Lunar have (supposedly) sent the wrong locks. I can't think how they could, surely a front locker has a different part no. to a front locker, but I was told they don't order by part number! And it's not a stock part, they make them all to order!!
It's not a major problem, just an extra key on the bunch. It's just very annoying, do you think we're being fobbed off?
Anyone know anything about parts delivery times.
