If your honest and its a genuine complaint then you have nothing to fear, including the law!
No company likes bad publicity and if they are a decent company complaints will be dealt with fairly and reasonable promptly and if I got no joy as a last resort I would not think twice about taking them to court.
At the end of the day its your money or savings and like many other people I worked dammed hard for mine!
Hi Tynesider,200% with you on that, that was my soft option,the other was this from the film (The return of Jessie James, i think, where the news paper editor says something about some dodgy characters,) " They should be taken out into the street and shot down like dogs" bit harsh?,maybe just tazzzzizzer them for hour or so.
