Just wondered if anyone has any advice on best place to sell an awning? I have looked at ebay but they don't seem to be selling that well. Have I left it too late?

Wondering now if I should wait until next spring?

I think the best place to get top price would be on this site. You could set a start price on ebay of course.

I don't think classifieds on ebay are very successful.

We had our awning on preloved, and sold it within a few days, we also had it advertised on viva street.

I have just sold my 390 awning on this forums free ads.

Also advertised in my local paper [free ads] and had 2 replies but by then it was already sold.

Be sensible on price and remember travel is expensive so you are more likely to appeal to someone who lives near to you.

I sold mine on adtrader last week .

Its free to advertise , you can upload pics for free too, the ad goes live on the web straightaway and appears in the local version of the weekly paper two weeks running.
Also sold 2 annexes and a tent the same way a few weeks back.

I have sold two lightweight porch awnings on ebay this year (it was Jan/Feb time though) without problem and was pleased with what we got for them.
