Sitting at Birkenhead on the 'Ferry cross the Mersey' last week it dawned on me that if I was not a caravanner I doubt if I would ever have had any reason to be on this particular famous boat, neither would I have cycled(or known about) the fabulous Wirral way, I doubt if I would have found a spectacular waterfall or the massive dam in a forest in Wales, walking around a decommissioned nuclear power station was also an unforgetable experience, the time we watched a barn owl hunting from our caravan window was also a magic moment. Finding sites 'off' the tourist track for me is the best thing about caravanning.
Hi Natiam, totaly agree, what a lot of people miss out on in life, and are totaly unaware of it, sad realy as there is more to life than football, the pub and the bookies, not bad on there own, but as a way of life, dont think so,get a life get a caravan.
------------- If everything runs smoothly then I must have done something wrong
If in Doubt Check it Out.
