I pulled the fly-screen down in the toilet and it is now stuck. Could anybody tell me how to unstick it please. I can feel the roller on the left side is free putting my fingers in there, but on the right it is solid. I have also tried a screwdriver in the little plastic screw on the roller itself but no joy.

Hi barman, If it will not pull down further,to release it and roll back up, it may be dislodged or broken, if so, i think you may have to take the whole unit off to fix, or you could try and take the guide off on that one side,to re locate the pin, usualy two screws on each side to hold the whole unit on wall, hope this helps, keep us posted.

Just had a look and found a piece of plastic wire broken. I don't know what it was for so I pulled it out,.It seemed to go inside the tube but I can't see any in the sun blind.bit. I managed to roll it up to the top so at least we can use the blind. I suppose I will have to see if I can get a spare.

Hi,barmar, it sounds like the plastic wire bit could be the rod that holds the fly screen in place, (dose the same job as the rod on house hold netting) have'nt looked at the blinds lately, but you may be able to use a bit of curtian wire and feed it through the netting loop, and as long as the tensioner on blind is ok,your blind should work, hope this helps.
