There has been a problem with a large batch of polyplastic windows at the manufacturers resulting in them flexing and touching each other. This leaves scratches on the inside of the unit that could be mistaken for powder or condensation. Each pane has a copy of the mark that the other pane has. Dealers and manufacturers are well aware of it and are replacing windows free of charge.
Your dealer will need your van's VIN number and the four digit code number on the faulty window. On the window is a sticker indicating that it is "polyplastic". On the left hand side at the bottom of this sticker, near the circle with a capital E in it you will see the four digit number. It is small. That is the batch number I think.
Anyway, if you have the usual warranty, and this is the problem that you have, the complete window should be replaced free of charge.
