I think this sort of noise is to be expected on a campsite to a large extent. Some of us like to lay around in bed, others are early risers. I quite like to sit in the awning early in the morning and watch the campsite "wake up".
I don't object to children playing either, provided they are not charging around on bikes or causing a real racket. After all, they are on holiday too and part of the enjoyment of camping for us, when our children were little, was the freedom it provided for them.
However, what I do object to, big style, is yapping dogs!!!! We have recently returned from a fortnight in Devon on a lovely campsite we have used before. First week was great, then up rolled a van with 6, yes 6, dogs and 2 humans in it. Only little dogs I will admit but once one started yapping, they all kicked off, and the noise was VERY, VERY, IRRITATING.
I would gladly have swapped your early morning toilet bloke with those six (yes I know it's hard to believe anyone would take 6 dogs on holiday with them - I couldn't believe it myself at first)
