Hi franklytrish, Welcome to the forum, arcsystems is your man for them, but I will try to help in meantime, if water heater full,and plenty of gas, have you left gas on long enough to filter through to heater before you attempt to ignite it, if you have done all this, it could be the jets require cleaning, cant help more on this, think arcsystems has link on the repair part of this forum where he can be contacted. hope this helps.
