Hi,

I need a transporter to tow my touring caravan onto site...does anyone know of any good {and I must say reasonable priced caravan transporters}.
I'm limited on what I can tow with my present car which then limits me to my choice of caravan. As the caravan will be going on site on a yearly basis it seems more sensible to pay a transporting fee rather than go to the expense of changing my car.
i live in the manchester area and the site is in Powys around 85 miles in total.
All suggestions are very welcome Thanks.

hire a van with a tow bar for a weekend . or day . cant be that expensive.

When you say a caravan transporter, do you mean you need someone to tow it or a transporter as in a recovery vehicle?

Yes what a good idea to hire a van I would probably only need it for a day or weekend at most. Thanks for advice.

Sorry about confusion... it would only need towing as I intend to get a smallish van around 20'. I do have a folding caravan which my car will pull without any problems so I intend to continue using that for touring.
