You need one that is designed for a twin axle.
This can be either a 2 wheel one such as the Truma TE, or a 4 wheel one such as the Reich or Powertouch.
A 4 wheel one will turn the van tighter, but nothing like a single axle turns. The downside is that it will weigh at least twice as much (66kg rather than 33kg).
