Yes thanks Ratty, i had an email about 6.30pm on Friday and  we wanted to see the Lexon 530 at the Lawns show on Saturday. We loved it - wow, what a lovely , open and spacious well laid out van! Just need the £17,000 (minus what ours is worth!) now!

Interest rate on savings? rubbish!  Shares value? rubbish. Guess we won't be ordering one this year! I hope things pick up next year - but then i read in the paper today we are heading towards the second phase of the recession! Oh no, i want my new caravan!

We went to a local dealer to look at the new Lunar clubman SB - twin fixed beds with end washroom. Loved the layout but slightly disappointed with some of the fixtures and fittings considering(so the salesman says)its top of the range.

Never been in a Lunar before and this 4 berth priced at £19,240. Does any one else do this layout?

Lunar 530 - Agree with Lassie - much better than Lunar 570 that we had fancied before seeing the new 2011 model 530

Any one else seen the 530? Any comments appreciated pls- negative & positive !?

Like Lassie we are thinking of diving into the Piggy bank as this van is 2'3" longer than our Swift 500 SE plus 2" wider and taller - with an amazingly spacious feel!

We were at Lawns too and were impressed by all the positive comments on the 530 - but there must be things to change/improve but we couldn't think of any apart from notes below

Reckon WHB needs a towel ring plus shelves to left of whb mirror for wet shaving/ makeup etc - Chrome? Wooden? Plus clock needed!

Anything else u  can advise?

We hadn't noticed the towel ring (or lack of)! Its great to hear other peoples views, which we did at the Lawns, so would like other peoples thoughts on the Lexon 530. Someone at the show mentioned the light switches being actually on the lights, not a problem for us but for someone with kids it might be!

They are charging £445 to deliver a caravan?!? Easier money than the old rope business...

I live near the Lunar factory. I'll deliver any Lunar caravan to anywhere in the UK for half that price.

Same "rip off" used by car dealers.

The only Caravan dealers I know that don't charge it, are Chipping Sodbury Caravans. They actually pick all there vans up from Baileys factory in Bristol thereselves.
