Very similar height to my little van (her overall height is only 223cm!)
Look out for awnings designed for the Eriba Puck or pop top vans as these tend to be shorter than standard caravan awnings. They come up on eBay occassionally but aren't cheap!
I have a OR sun canopy which fits my van and also a Bradcot Portico Plus porch awning which I am altering to fit by losing the bottom few inches off the awning!
