Hoping someone on here can offer some advise!

We were away last weekend and for the first day our thetford electric toilet was flushing fine. At some point during the second day there was no liquid coming through, eventhough it was still making the noise, as if it was trying to flush!

We've checked the tank and it's almost full. Not sure what else to try. Has anyone else had this problem?

Good question, sorry, it's in storage at the mo. It has a blue button for the flush with a light that tells you when the waste is full. It has a grey tube on the outside of the van to put the flush liquid in. Sorry, not sure if any of that helps at all!

In that case it's either a C200 or a C250 - C250 has orange fittings and wheels on the waste tank.

I think in both cases the pump sits on the back of the flush tank and the water feeds through pipes from the flush tank to the pump and from the pump to the bowl I suspect that one of these might have come off...

If you still have warranty take it back to the dealer as the pipe connection on the bowl end is a pig to get at - means a complete strip down, there is also the possibility that the loo has to be removed as well

Oh dear - I was hoping it was something much more simple than that! Many thanks for your help Rune. We don't have warranty any more but will get it looked at.

It depends which one it is, of course, but if it is a C2 (like mine), you can remove the toilet roll holder (and the plastic surround it sits in) and access the pump through the hole. I had to remove the pump a few months back because it had jammed - and I noticed then that the pipe was quite loose.

.............and while we're on the subject, we have a C200 S/CS. The flush pressure is very poor, we think it has decreased over use of 5 years. Can I increase the flow rate and/or is there any way of cleaning the supply hose from the main supply to the bowl? This hose looks pretty grotty and I'd like to replace it. Can I get an exploded diagram anywhere? I'd like to deal with both of these problems. Thanks.
