We use them for servicing and had our motormover fitted there without any problems, but bought our Lunar secondhand elsewhere so cannot comment on how they handle their warantees, except to say they have in the past refused to work on a friends Lunar who bought it new from a dealer in the south, and then took it to Robinsons for work to be done under Lunar's warantee, they were told they had to return their faulty van to the dealer they bought it from.

We certainly find their staff a lot more helpful than some dealers we have visited in the past, if i ever tow the van up for servicing on my own, then the yard lads always de-hitch it for me and take it to where they want it which is very helpful, instead of the attitude of the yard where we bought the caravan from, where they just tell you which muddy storage area is to be parked in and leave you to it.

We bought a 2 year old Abbey Vogue from them last year from a salesman named Ben. I cannot speak highly of him, it is my first van and one of the staff spent an hour going over everything with me. After taking the van out a few times i rang back with a few questions and Ben was extremely helpful.

Would definately buy from them again, they should be at the NEC aswell.

I have bought 3 new caravans from Robinsons branch at Worksop.Absolutely 1st Class from Gerrard in sales to Linda in the service department. Any warranty work carried out to my satisfaction.Any problems when we have been away in the van sorted out over the phone.Asolutely a First Class family dealership nothing is too much trouble.Good deals as well.

My parents had a Lunar from them that had a few problems when they got it home that really should've been picked up by them (heater & loo flush not working) but they did sort it out under the warranty with no hesitation.

One thing that did happen which wasn't too good though was when Dad took the van back & was reversing, the the sales guy was watching him through a gap & kept calling him backwards, Dad couldnt see so trusted the guys judgment & he backed him into a BMW! The sales guy reckons he told Dad to stop but neither of my parents heard him & a week later when they went to collect the van back the workshop guys were saying they saw what happened & the sales guy was a liar & hadn't called out to stop at all!

Dad ended up paying the BMW guy for the repair & Robinsons wanted to charge him for the caravan dent repair but my husband did it for him instead.
