Hi

my daughter has just been given an elddis hurricane xl 1991.does anyone know the awning size please.i tried isabella site but just says file cant be found. it will list others.

Its pretty easy and far safer to measure the "A" distance. Ground to ground.
A tip is to put a couple or three "stick-its" by the rail with a marker line on each. This breaks the measuring distances into far more handleable bits that you simply add up. And shorter bit of string is needed to be found

A word of warning:
A 1991 vintage van probably has a so-called "boat roof" that is one the shape of an inverted boat hull.

In that case modern cut awnings even of the right "A" size might not fit well. For best fit you need an awning from that same era and in Isabella talk one before their "unicut".
