We purchased an awning from them back in May 2010.
Last weekend in not very strong wind at all, the awning poles bent, an email to them on Monday stating circumstances etc, and a reply stating as out of 28 days they couldnt refund, but we could swap it for another or take a different awning.
After a telephone call on tuesday we decided upon an Outdoor Revolution Campactalite 325, we paid the difference no extra postage. They arranged collection and delivery today and at 8.45 this morning we had our new awning.
Thats what I call service, I dont know if they have had issues with our orignal awning or not, but I have been very impressed. So i thought I would say on here as its easy to moan about retailers (we all do it, me included) but not praise them.
