Any of the German vans will give you what you are looking for bed wise, of course many are what as known as 'dry vans' with no water, but there are others that have toilets and showers, usually on the side but with the van being 8' wide it won't be the tiny cubbyhole of the side UK toilet/shower.
Our van is a Tabbert it has a 5' x 6'6" island bed as standard (no cutoffs) we have removed the headboard and are using the shelf behind (top of the gas box) as pillow space giving us a 7'+ long bed. The original toilet was about 80cm x 120cm (2'8"x4') which we removed and replaced with a bigger one elsewhere but that is another story (or blog )
