We have a 2 year old Pageant Series 7 Loire which we love. However, the Unicorn is gorgeous. We also have a 10 year old kitchen which is getting a bit tired.
I can't have both at the same time so which do I go for. My heart says Unicorn, my head says Kitchen.
Ha - you have come on here to ask that!!! Im sure most people will say caravan of course (and the Unicorns are lovely) but I'd have the kitchen personally - your caravan is only 2 years old. Anyway, best to let the Unicorns complete their first year of manufacture before buying in case there are any teething problems.

Go and ask on a cookery forum and see how many replies you get telling you to get the caravan. Given you posted here, I suggest you already made your mind up.
I totally agree, the new Kitchen will have far more use than a new caravan, and any new model needs to do its teething before it can be seen at its best. If you Love your newish present van, then why change it? I Know its nice to think you may have the nicest newest caravan on site, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and you may find after you bought one that you wished you had stuck with the trusty old one, and long to swop back when you see a similar model with its occupants all enjoying its splendors!

You should get 12-15yrs out of that caravan to get your moneys' worth. Trading in a 2yr old caravan for another box to sleep in is just an indulgence for folk with nothing better to do with the money they have sitting in the bank.
If you can't afford to do both I suggest you go for the kitchen.
why change a 2 year old caravan that's perfectly good ? Just so you feel good with a new van in tow when you drive onto site
sorry but your kitchen will see more use than a new caravan and no one bats an eyelid whatever age of a van you own
Had you been choosing between a Tabbert and a kitchen then the advice would undoubtedly be buy the Tabbert because after a season in a Tabbert you will find the kitchen will not be needed and neither will the house
However since you are talking Bailey Unicorn, I'd suggest you go for the kitchen - unless of course the kitchen is of the old MFI standard in which case I can advise you no further
