Pat, collected our Lexon EW the week before Easter and we sold our older Bailey Ranger. It's a 2003 twin-axel and have nothing but praise, sheer luxuary with the fixed bed. Quality seems pretty good with one or two minor niggles like no coat hooks which we've since added and the heater system's rather uncontrollable so just used a blow heater now if required.
------------- Come on if we leave now we can make it before it's dark. How many times have we heard that?

Highbridge caravans just called ,and told us our Lexon 640 has been delivered ,can pick it up in about 3 weeks ,
Why do you have to wait 3 weeks to pick it up? Is it going on the showroom floor first? We picked ours up the same week it was delivered. Delivered on the Tuesday and we hooked it up on the Saturday.
No its not going on show ,they allready have display model there ,because we are moving house at the moment ,and they are very busy 3 weeks suits us both
we took delivery of our new lunar lexon eb in march, and are delighted with the layout and the build quality, the front lounge area is great, full stretch seating area cannot speak highly enough.
Have put up a seperate thread as i could not get this one to post earlier. There seem to be a few posters that have changed their van away from the Lunar including the OP. Was there a reason??
Bill we happened to bump into the OP in the Alps in 2006 and he didn't actually go for the Lunar AFAIK as he certainly had the Bailey at that point, and I am sure had gone straight to the Bailey from his old Lunar.
Hope you get some answers soon, tbh it is probably like every other brand in that some are lemons and some are little diamonds that cause no problems whatsoever.
well we have had our Lunar Lexon 640 almost 2 years now , and its had plenty of use as we caravan all year , we had 75 nights away last year including a month in Spain , and 3 weeks in the Dordogne in France , and as yet we have not had any issues as yet , we have been away twice this year so far , and we are looking forward to another trip to the Dordogne in July
We have today done a deal to p/x our Freedom for a 2006 Lunar Ariva. We are chuffed to bits as it is in very good condition. We did not have a damp meter to check for damp but it seemed okay. I would hope that a 2-3 year old model would not have damp! The dealer is getting it ready for Thursday morning as we are booked on our first trip on Friday, when (I hope) in Chichester it will be a week of glorious sun!
I know this is a bit late but we have the galaxy dealer special (ropers) and what a fine van .2004 model, bought for five grand last year and we love it. EB model with end bed and small shower with toilet, but the space inside van is wonderful. Easy to tow with oassat 2.0L
