never used a van shower we started in 1981 great for storing the fruit and veg , the wine and the washing though several friends use theirs, but they have had problems and replaced the shower units is there a link?- probably not
come to think of it we don't use the tv equipment either - nor the oven. gets you thinking, do we really need all this stuff?
Do you actually need a caravan???
after 30 years' touring - including up to 2 months each year in France for the summer. the answer must be yes a van is a required item
but do we need the extras is the question in hand the answer I think is affirmative for some and negative for others
I can see why some folk would want the tv - but when in France, tvs are virtually always redundant. I wonder how many people actually use the oven as distinct from the hob and grill for cooking. Microwaves - yes but full blown ovens??
anyway, this takes us from the thread - showers, for some it is 'no' as seen above each to his/her own
and then there is the van test in the CC magazine this month - do we need a fixed hair drier in the loo?
