Yes! I have got one and to say I love it is an understatement!
It has 1 socket in the front dinette, another where the TV goes, another in the kitchen where your kettle goes and another in the rear dinette. Plenty.
The bunks can take 2 adults (although a small adult on the top). There is loads of headroom. I have slept on the bottom bunk loads of times.
I am a huge Geist fan, mainly due to the build quality. We did have a few extras done to it - we had an external socket put in for awning power and a TV socket put into the batterty locker so we could connect to site TV without using a windoe. We also had a UK style outlet out onto the grey water outlet as it was just a downpipe.
Depending on where you buy it, there may not be a spare wheel included - check this.
No downsides at all - totally satisfied with it.

There are two versions in the UK the Geist UK ones that were built for UK market and Australian Geist that were sold by another retailer. You may find there are differences between the two specs and the warranty.
We love out Geist though not a 495, having had two UK build vans before, the layout and build quality helped us make our decision on our current caravan.
Thanks for the replies, We will be going to look at one shortly, we have the Bailey ranger in the same lay out but the bunk head room and bunk length is not enough for out teenagers who just wont stop growing and a lack of sockets.
