HI

WE have 6 berth caravan, with bunk beds thats fold away. Would it be ok to leave them up when towing.

I dont want to make any more strain on parts, just its easier to leave them up.

only my opinion mind,but would think the design is that they are left in the folded position when traveling.the strain on the wall fittings could be too great.

The other thing is it may affect the stability as weight would be higher up.

Apparently a lot of people leave them up without problem - our bunks are fixed anyway - we don't get a weight problem
