Having read this weeks postings from all you good folk out there a vision popped into my head which tickled me. Kind of summing up how this weeks caravanning holiday has gone
Oh Yes…various people who need huge TV screens having to feel their way round the site to the loo ….and anyway the slidie thing on the loo is broken so they can’t use the Thetford…..(better lock the wardrobes for the really short sighted)……..and having the longest season ever without a tinkle…..Some folk in their pink caravans at the windows trying to summon help as the gasses overpower them……..or if its not that it’s the Alde turning the van into a tropical jungle….and even if the loo had that slidie thing the previous DIY owner made his own loo without access to the cassette…..and then my windows fell out……and I keep tripping over the mice (well they are a bit small to spot!)….and its still raining in…..........................on the plus side though my new beer fridge is working
Happy days

well phill its been a few days and i hope you are back to your usual cheery self?,just saw a caravan heading out of the village ,some one also having an off day with illusions of good weather ,we are forecast snow and its tried a few times today ,you have to admire the hardiness of some folks, glad it was only the one off day you had ,would hate to loose that good sense and humour take care
Bless you wynnie. Todays a good day. Wife and number one son have gone out. House to myself. Can play Johnny Cash as loud as I like without grumblings in the back ground. Next job to get Sunday lunch on for when they return. Just salt the joint ready for heating up the crackling. Rugby on the telly whilst the joint is slowly roasting. Might just have a snecklifter before dinner. Bottle of wine in the fridge chilling. Leeds United in a playoff position. England beat an Aussie team ready for the Ashes to start this week and end the week at a Status Quo concert here in Brid. What more could you want from life
