The last time I was in that place Big Al, it was at the 50th anniversary of AA in the UK and there wasn't a single "Whisky Swigging Glaswegian" within 20 miles of the place.
There was however about 10.000 exceedingly sober people although I do admit, some of them were swigging Irn Bru!!!!

Ours will only be white if it's covered in snow!!!!
We were there last year and I was an excellent event. I would suggest that you arrive a bit early for the "sit down" as there was not much choice of table left for us...we ended up sharing with a very nice couple and had a great evening.

Mr UM
Thanks for the advice, when we were up at the club on Wednesday, there were some tables in the main area, but most were in a marquee over half the courtyard. We might have a little snooze this afternoon to recharge for the festivities!!!
