I can't tell you about their in-store selection but I can tell you that friends of ours had a dreadful time with them. They ordering an awning by telephone & were mucked about very badly.
When the awning (which their credit card was debited for) never turned up on the due date they were first told (after numerous telephone calls being left on hold for 20 mins at a time) the manafacturer had mistakenly sent it to the store in amongst their stock order ...but was damaged ... then when it still didn't turn up over a week later they were told it had been sent but they couldn't find the paperwork to supply the tracking details, promised a call back with the info but never happened...
Our friends actually contacted the supplier & so knew they had been told porkies. The awnings were still in China being made. Once they had found this out & emailed Riversway asking for a full refund they found their emails were ignored & either got no answer on the phone, or after ringing constantly it got picked up & they were asked to wait - then after customary 10-20 mins on hold fobbed off again. Eventually after contacting trading standards they did get their money back.
Perhaps service has improved - certainly the price was good enough, and initially they were very pleasant. However my friends went elsewhere for another awning !
I hope it's not out of order to say this, if so I apologise for the post. I would feel bad to keep quiet about this though as I know I'd rather hear of all experiences (good & bad) before handing a lot of my own money over - it's too hard to come by.
