If it's the brakes you feel then I wonder if you park the van up with the handbrake on? The brake shoes can stick against the brake drum if left on for too long and what you then feel as you move away is the brake shoes suddenly being released. Try parking with the brake off. Once the corner steadies are down you don't need the brake. Anyway, give that a try and see if there is a difference.
