Ok this is the option that I went for and it turned into a disaster. The far end of the carpark has been turned into an unoffical lorry park. We thought - Ok park near them and it'll be safe - Not a good idea as the noise of fridges, lorries coming and going etc meant very little sleep. Moved closer to the centre of the car park and still got lorries thundering past since they were using the car park as a short cut to the industrial estate behind to avoid the resurfacing work in that area. Moved to the quietest bit and then got plagued by the local yobs driving round the caravan beeping horns, driving up to the caravan and turning the music up, spining stones up round the caravan etc. 12.30 i'd had enough and moved on. Ended up in services at Gordano which turned out to be very pleasant £18 to park overnight with a voucher for £7 off your breakfast which turned out to be nearly enough to feed the 3 of us. Would recommend this option.
