i would like a little advice please if possible. last year i bought a fleetwood garland 148/4ek and very happy both the wife and i are with it,i have been going over things and checking things out after the bad weather we had here in the north east; and where the water supply comes into the caravan there is a white plastic item with a screw in the top, this is before the water goes into the heater and i was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly what it is. i have taken a couple of photos. it is the piece that the screwdriver is pointing to any advice would be greatly appreciated
cheers dave
having trouble uploading the photos also any advice on this please
It is the pressure switch for the water. As Michael says, as long as you are getting water out of your taps, you don't need to touch it.
We had a problem when we bought our 148 2SB because the pump would not go off. The dealer we bought from explained to my husband how to adjust it and all is fine now.
Dave, I have lots of instruction books for the fire, cooker etc, although my van is the 148 2SB. If there is anything else I can help with let me know. I haven't had mine on site yet, was intending to go this weekend but just been diagnosed with Shingles, which is why I am on UKCS at this time on a weekday!
