Yes but not for the good - it might look lovely but I bet it's hard work; long hours, 7 days a week (unless you can afford to pay extra staff) and, worst of all, you can't easily go on holiday at the nice times of the year because that's when the site will be at it's busiest.

Nope, not for me...
