Can anyone tell me what the vin plate numbers are for ie;

I understand the 17 numbers & letters

Box 0 = MAX 1120Kg

Box 1 = (mine says 75Kg) what does this denote

Box 2 =CAP 202Kg

is this the nose weight

would think the max weight is your MTPLM or gross weight.no more allowed.

75 kgs could be the caravan nose weight.

CAP 202 kgs is the allowed payload ie. battery / awning / cables / clothes / containers, ect.

stand corrected if anyone knows  better..

Hi fooseman, And Welcome to the forum, any questions you need answered, post on the forum, we all will be glad to help and give you advice when needed, and to take quote from michael profile ( the only silly question is the one you do not ask ),Word of caution for Caravan and Boat show at NEC to-morow, Buy in Haste Repent Later,...Leave your cheque book and pen at home (credit cards?) New vans may be to much of temptation to resist. (Unless you are going with the intension of buying new van) Good Luck and Enyoy the show.
