I am sure if you e-mail Reich UK with the serial number tey would be able to advise. Just a thought, we have a cross activator on our Powertouch and its quite stiff to engage. My previous Reich Move Control was easy to engage one wheel at a time.

Hi David,
Our Reich has a manual cross actuator - ie it winds on both rollers from either side, and is fairly easy to wind on all the way - not much harder than winding a steady down anyway. The rollers are the ridged type not the gritty type.

Hi jackrussel, Welcome to the forum, I have the Reich mover, If yours has a small square bar (should have small hole drilled through it to take nut/bolt) protruding from rear of the winding nut, then it will take an actuator bar, you can make your own, with 2 lenghts of metal tubes, one to slide inside other (round or square ), make sure they overlap a few inches in center, drill one hole end of each bar, the same diameter as hole on mover bar, temperarly fit actuation bar to mover, put pin in each end of mover for correct alignment, mark the actuator bar horizontaly and verticaly where they overlap, dismantel and re align the bars to marks made, drill through the two bars, refit and bolt, You can also get new aluminum rollers to fit your mover when needed. Hope this has been of help.
------------- If everything runs smoothly then I must have done something wrong
If in Doubt Check it Out.
John
