Whilst we have been using the caravan since about October we have found that the fridge has frozen even when on the lowest setting. Is this because we have not had fridge vent covers on?
We have had a fault on the fridge and we thought this was causing the fridge to freeze but a new circuit board was fitted last week and the fridge is still freezing up. It has not been too cold this weekend but we still had the problem so could anyone please advise me if not having vent covers causes this. We do not have daughts from the vents into the van and we always use electric hook-up. I mention this because i have read on other searches that the only reason to use covers is to stop draughts or when using gas. Any advice welcomed. Thank you.
