We are in the process of changing our caravan and will need a new awning. We're looking at the Bradcot Concept and the Dorma Octavia. Anyone got either of these? The Practical Caravan review of the Concept said that the ladder elastics have to be fitted and removed every time you set up - which sounds like a right pain! Is this really the case? Any advice appreciated.

We saw the concept up at a dealers and were quite impressed, I thought the concept seemed quite a good idea. Although on another forum someone had posted a review and said it took them 4 hours to put up (with the help of others on site) kind of put me off!!
