just used  our peggy for first time after getting it out from winter storage it has developed a leak from the toilet dripping in to the waste tank area all was drained down but some thing has gone HHelp please

sounds like loose pipe or pushed off with frost damage.see repairs.if its a new van the warranty should cover it.

I had the pump replaced by the dealer under warranty on mine - as above he said it was a common fault.  The replacement seems to be of a different design and hasn't been a problem over this winter.

It would appear that it's the earlier versions of the pump in the Thetford C250 that have the problem, the later versions have the outlet flange 'beefed up' to stop it splitting.

How do we find out if ours is one of these? Does anyone have a photo or a link of the two to compare?

Was the cassette fitted on the runners properly.  When we first used our new van we had liquid leaking into the tank area.  When I looked inside the van I put my finger at the bottom of the bowl and i could feel a gap where the cassette should have been sealed.  I just hadn't got the cassette positioned properly.

Never had this problem on the old van with the 430 cassette.
