Salut,
I've only recently found this site and this is my first posting on the forum;
I have a Trumatic S3002P fitted in my motorhome and it won't light up properly. There is a good spark and the flame will light, though not first time of asking, but the flame is very weak and appears to struggle. Then when I release the control the flame goes out. I have had this motorhome from new and it is 10 years old. For the last 12 months or so the heater has given us a little problem in as much as that when it was lit and then the control knob released there was not that 'whoosh' and proper flame unless you just 'fiddled and waggled' (very technical) the control knob. My thinking is probably that the fault is in the safety pilot valve unit. Has anyone any ideas please and if it is the valve is the unit repairable or must you simply change it.
All comments welcome - à bientot Philip
