can someone please help me i want to buy a new awning but i dont know what size one i need i have a 23ft caravan can anyone help and where is the best place to get one from thanks.

to get the length you need get a tape and start from the ground at one end of the van, thread the tape along the awning until you reach the ground at the other end and this will give you the size

If you go on an awning manufacturer website you can put make/model/yr of caravan to get size, ie here This size will be specific to that awning make tho, others may vary slightly.

Measure as described above to give 'A' dimension but before commiting to buy a new awning from a retailer get them to state in writing on invoice that it will fit your 'van.

Tentz comments are exactly right but beware, when the manufacturer provides a size ie. 8, 9 or size 10 etc. don't assume that all manufacturers use the same sizes as they can vary. In other words a Bradcot size 9 could be a different size number to Dorema, Isabella or Ventura etc. so it's important that you purchase by the caravan awning rail length and not the size number.
