I have been muted in terms of excitement thus far but cannot hold it in any longer. After a four month wait we are now only four days away from picking up on new 'van! Am I excited? Bl**dy hell of course I am excited - am counting down the seconds, minutes and hours. It's been complete torture having had such fantastic weather for the last couple of weekends, especially having travelled up and down the M5 on several occasions and spotting all the lucky beggars towing their vans to some wonderful destination or other. Well I'll be joining you folks - sooner rather than later. Roll on Friday!

Well it's here and we are more than delighted. What a fantastic caravan! OH and I spent this morning loading up with all of the new goodies we have purchased during our four month wait - there was I carrying them all into the van whilst darling hubby dutifully weighed them and added them to the 'spreadsheet'. It appears we're at 75% at the moment and he is delighted - I am too as it means I have another 10% of purchasing to do (at least)   Hoping for good weather next weekend so we can get away somewhere local to undertake a test. We'll let you know if we get to go away so you can come along and have a laugh at a couple of complete novices! Now where does that weird blue pipe go????
