If you fancy a trip to Norfolk Gobur have a lot on display including quite a few secondhand ones. The secondhand ones will probably be a bit more expensive than buying something off ebay but they will have been refurbished by Gobur and possibly come with some sort of warranty. They're also still around to do any sort of repairs needed in the future. If you have a tight squeeze to get it into your garden they do slimline models.
see below on my next post as it should be on here mad another fopar.sorry

Do you have the address where ijn Norfolk as we are up in West Runton CC7C site 14June - 21June so could take a trip. Also we go to Kessingland after thats for 2 weeks.

Thanks evenstephen

They're at Melton Constable which isn't far at all from West Runton (nice site by the way from memory of a long time ago). Directions and map are on their website Here
Several secondhand ones on their website at the moment. They seemed very nice when we went to see them and spent plenty of time showing us round, but in the end we decided to go for a new Dandy (when they were still being made).

Thank you both Evenstephen & John for all the information. We will be looking around. They are very pricey. I personlly think they are out of our range, way out. its not as though we are working anymore far from it. At least we still have an old caravan to camp with, if one came inot our view and we could go fot it we probably will but not to go into debt for.

Thanks

Chrissie

Hi Chrissie , Dont know your budget, but here is a link that you can look at,

www.campersandleisure.co.uk  ,you can look on ebay as I have seen them sell for £300 - £3500 higher price was for vans with hot water/toilet cassette/heating, if you have very limited space for van Slimline may be better, normal width of van around  6 feet 10 inches wide, if you see a folding van you are interested in, GO look at it if poss,.before biding, and remember most of these vans can be 20 years +old, slimline van are not to common,I found the majority of these vans seam to be from the middlands down to the south of the country,,the first one I bought was in Wales, and the second one (Slimeline) from Lichfield near Cannock. Good luck in your search.

We can go the the higher and if they would take our old caravan in p/ex maybe even higher but NOT the brand new that is far beyond us. But we have to look at one that does not need anything doing much to it as Bob can do some if it is off the floor so to speak. he cannot get up quick as his heart misses beats. Aslo I am in a wheelchair 98% then on 2 crutches so I can help him high as wheelie goes and just keep jumping up & down with the crutches.Do these I wonder take  caravans P/Ex?
