Porch awnings are much smaller than their full size counterparts.  The main size of interest is the height of the van--very short or very tall vans can give a fit problem, but other than that there should not be a problem.  As you have probably seen, there are many types of porch awning to choose from----very popular at the moment are the types shaped like a quarter barrel.  They are quick and easy to put up, most are fairly in-expensive and quite light weight.  We have had one for several years, and never use our full awning any more.  There are two lengths available in most ranges. 260cm and 390cm with a 4m van probably the 260 is the one you would need.  Really it depends on what you want it for.

I have an Optima 400b and am looking for a full awning if anyone has one. I think it's an A800cm that I need but will be measuring up properly tomorrow.
