I haven't read all the replies to your thread but, your local council should be able to provide you with a list of public weighbridges in your area.
Your local VOSA heavy goods vehicle testing station will have weigh plates there & may weigh your outfit if you give them a call & ask.
Commercial vehicle main dealerships have (are supposed) to weigh new lorries for taxation so a call to one of them should ome up with a weighbridge.
Failing that, if you have a quarry or gravel pit close by they'll all have a weighbridge & you should be able to weigh there. A lot of large arable farms have weighbridges as well so you'll find one somewhere.
