Know how you feel at having to sell your 'van :( We now have a tt so have not given up on camping and we are managing a 2 week holiday in Scotland this year too :) Maybe not quite the 8 weekends and 3 weeks holiday that we had our 1st year but life is like that and you adapt to what you have :)
We sold ours on ebay for the very least that we wanted and it was a sad day when she left but life goes on and hopefully one day we will go caravanning again, until then we will camp differently :)
You sound as i did when i had to sell the 'van so hopefully that will see you through until times get better :)
looks a lovely caravan,i am sure you will sell it easily,i would love it but would have to sell my little ABI Adventurer first.good luck with your sale
Good luck, we had to do the same thing back in 1991. It was heartbreaking, but better than losing our home. We 'downsized' to an old trailer tent and had some lovely holidays in that, before eventually being able to buy a secondhand caravan a few years later. Our current van is 14 years old, but it meets all our needs and I don't think we would get any more fun from a brand new model.
I hope things work out for you. Don't give up on a hobby that you obviously enjoy - it can still be done even in difficult circumstances.
I hope you manage to sort things out and eventually get another one if and when you want to.
We are selling our camper sadly to lessen costs because of job loss . Its a horrible feeling " don't want to but have to". Just look forward to when things pick up again. At least we have both enjoyed something for a while, better than not at all!!
