I went to Scotland for the weekend and ended up towing 720 miles in total. All went well and I am now an old hand at the caravan dragging business.
Here is my rig at the services just north of Carlisle, being dwarfed by a big quarry dump-truck thing.
Everything works on the caravan and I'm a total convert now. I even managed to watch the caravanning episode of Top Gear in my van on Friday evening. Ha ha.
Off again in June for a week, but that is only 90 miles away.
Hi crankyhorse, Glad you enjoyed your trip, the earth mover next to you, built at newhouse,a few miles from my location,(cant nudge them out of a parking space), your next trip 90miles, will seam like a run around the block.
------------- If everything runs smoothly then I must have done something wrong
If in Doubt Check it Out.
