We don't like sitting on the hard shoulder, waiting for a man to come out.  Far better to be on your way. Surely a jack is the most basic of equipment?

Seriously though, we have a Kojack jack that used to live in the van, but now our van has a std Alko jack. As the jack is for emergency use, I'll live with the Alko one. Any extra payload is gratefully received.

Personally I prefer a breakdown company van to be covering the back of the van if I ever have a flat as sod's law says it will always be the driver's side tyre that goes and I'd rather have big orange flashing lights to warn the passing lorries.

as mr winner would say Calm down dear Calm Down. we are getting hot under the collar again the OP asked a question and a line will do Bottle Scizzzzzzzor Trrrrrooooolie now a squabble is starting as to who is right and wrong.

for me as said its a 3 tonne bottle small enough to put into a foot locker others its a large trolly or some carry a jack in the car that does both.
